Kortlist stores your boards, items, parameters, and scores on your device, so you can build and score without an account. If you're signed in with a subscription, your data also syncs securely to our servers so you can pick it back up on any device when logged in to the same account. Sharing a board encodes it into a link you control.
If you're signed in with a subscription, your boards sync to our servers and are restored automatically when you sign in on another device. Without a subscription, your boards live only on the device where you made them — clearing your browser storage, using a private window, or switching devices will lose anything you haven't shared or exported. If a board matters to you, keep a copy by sharing or exporting it.
No. You can build, score, and share boards without signing in. An account is only needed for the optional URL Scan feature, which signs you in with Google.
Each signed-in account gets a monthly allowance of complimentary scans (currently 10), which renews automatically. If you need more, you can buy one-time scan packs that never expire. Complimentary scans are always used first, and purchased scans are only consumed after your monthly allowance runs out.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. If a scan pack didn't credit to your account, or a scan clearly failed on our end, email info@kortlist.eu from the address you signed in with and we'll sort it out.
Kortlist is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On desktop, use your browser's install option (often an icon in the address bar). On mobile, open app.kortlist.eu and choose "Add to Home Screen" from the browser menu.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@kortlist.eu from the address tied to your account. Boards stored locally in your browser can be removed by clearing this site's storage in your browser settings.
